Bug description: There are times when u press charge and ur character just doesn't charge at the target,but instead the spell cd is on and it leaves the slowing effect on the target.At first i thought it might be because u have dazes on you,but it it doesn't work even if you have no debuffs on.It's realy annoying cause it's one of warrior basic movement spells and when you waste it's cd and it does nothing it drives you mad.
Proof: It can be easily tested.
