I Bugged The Rogue Artifact Quest

So i started my artifact quest for my rogue and when i got to the last part a saw the chinematic after i died and when i pressed release spirit it teleported to stormwind whit the quest but went back too stormwind keep there was no minibos to kill nor an npc to help and all the guards were friendly so i abandoned the quest in hopes of restarting the questline but there is no quest for me to find
please help
