Bug description: You can't give to Marin any vault ticket you should be albe to give him every day a vault ticket or a coin to get a chance to loot something from the vault. Also coins cannot be pick pocked (https://forum.wow-freakz.com/Rogue-Pick-poket-t483716.html )
