[Hunter][Cunning][Pet spell] Roar of Sacrifice bug

Bug description: Roar of Sacrifice shares cooldown with pvp medallion and sometimes with other cc-breaking spells too. More than that, sometimes when u use Roar of Sacrifice, the pvp medallion gets cd instead of the spell.
Proof: Easy to check ingame in pvp situations (bgs/arenas)-here's where I had the problem.

post a proper proof, i tested it and i could use RoS and trinket and they didn't share cd

If you are stunned and use RoS, trinket gets cd. The spell doesn't work as it should. It happens all the time to me in pvp situations(bgs/arenas).

1. When fighting (without being stunned)-the bug happens if you fight back your enemy, not only if you are in combat.

These are the situations in which I saw the bug. Especially while both the hunter and the enemy fight each other, on normal combat and stuns.
