WoW Freakz item link: Vial of Nightmare fog
Bug description: Trinket doesnt proc from MW HoT's like it should, I saw a priest who put renew on himself and after a few seconds it refreshed itself this should apply to renewing mist aswell, Wiki even says it CAN proc from HoT's
