Bug description:
Hello, the auras of the holy paladin operate on all allies, thereby activating the PVP regime, and should only act on the targets of the group or raid! Fix that the aura does not hang pvp mode, this will be enough.

Regarding Aura of mercy, it is not a bug that it heals non-Party members as well.

PvP flaging issue i am not sure, but with devotion aura i never get flagged (so use this for wq).

In my opinion it's better to not change anything there or it could end up bugging in raids (something like pvp enabled people are excluded from heals/auras).
