[COMPLETED] Priest Artifact Lost After Server Crash

Details: (optional): I was fighting the large Demon during the quest [Return of the Light], he was at 50% and the server crashed. When the server came back up, the quest was complete and I had been transported to the Nightelf starting zone, Hearthglen. My hearths were in Dalaran, Stormwind and My Garrison. I didn't have the artifact then, I advanced a few quests because I had never done the quest line before now. I had made it to [Empowering Your Artifact] when I realized I should have had the artifact by now.

Is there anyway to get the item or restart the quest from the beginning?

I did as you suggested. I exited game then deleted the Cache folder and logged back in. I went to where Jace Darkweaver was supposed to be on the island and no one is there. The portal doesn't show up, just one mob named Ranger Adronis. Do I restart from the beginning of the chain? I really don't mind doing that. The last quest I had picked up was inside the Class Hall which was to amplify the artifact and that's when I realized that something had messed up along the way.
