Bug description: you need to hit a target with WW in order to procc meat cleaver , here u can just spam it on air and get meat cleaver

tho im pretty sure it must hit a target in order to trigger.

spamming it on air did not trigger it in freakz!

this bug is new.

at least in PTR, it didnt happen.

Confirmed, also if you use Raging Blow while having Meat Cleaver it should remove the buff, currently only Bloodthrist removes it.

@Seyrox what? Raging Blow? This spell amplifies Rampage and Bloodthirst, both of which properly remove the buff. I think you misread the tooltip

Fixed the other issue
