Rogue Outlaw - Hidden Skin drop in VoW

i have counted 72 kills on Ash'Golm and the Bindings still no drop, has 6% according to the web, so how can any one explain me whyyyy ?? after 72 attempts (successful) i have the other parts already even the NL that has less than 4% drop chance, i think u guys should look into it, i only came here cuz after so many attempts it should drop already, please take a look at it i'm frustrated.
