Voting Faction Change

I suggest instead of having a recustomization option in the votes wich one is totally useless since no one will spent 2 weeks voting for something you can do by just only going to the hair dresser in any capital for 100 gold max, i suggest you instead of that useless option to put faction change, since some players as me and some friends and many people i know would like to re roll on another race/faction, and well not all of us can pay 7.30$ since some us live in really shitty countrys with $$ restrictions and cant afford to expend in that, this would attract more people since everyone would see is not really a pay2win where the voting player can also have some nice rewards for voting everyday.
