[DUPLICATE] Can't take Quest - [Frostfire Ridge] The Battle of Thunder Pass

I just can't seem to get the Quest from the NPC Lokra

I did all the Quests before that even double checke if maybe I have to redo any one of the pre-Quests due to a reroll caused by server crash

I even installed a addon which keeps track of which Quests I have done and which not, mainly because I didn't know if I missed something

The problem occured only on my Main Character: Killerzz (Blood DK)

Today I leveled my Toon: Hiddendeath (Outlaw Rogue) in the same area and I was able to complete everything in a rush, which is funny cause I even explored all of Frostfire Ridge with Killerzz, but can't get the last Quest there.

in the Screenshot you can also see the Addon's windows displaying that I've done the Pre-Quest. (Addon can do server queries to get the updated info)
