Bug description: So, I see the quest image, but after I click on Sister Elda I don't have the quest. This happend after I reach lvl15 Artifact Knowledge. I don't know is this a bug or something. PLS someone help.

It is not a bug ,after lvl 15 u need to do the research ,click on "let's continue research" and start , now it will take 3 days to get 1.

Oh yes... I think is not only me... after you reach the level 15 of the Artifact Research Knowledge the Exclamation Point Quest mark is kinda stuck... but there are no new quests.
