Guild Reputation

How in the flying *** do you get a friking reputation for your guild? Like I was goind quests and dungons with guild tabard but 0 rep received. So, can anyone explain it to me how in the coockerino do you get rep for guild? :'D Thank you in advance (sorry for cursing)

You get reputation by mostly completing quests.

I have been doing quests, from any expansion/region, I have been doing dungons which give reputation with this tabard and I received 0 reputation for guild from this things -.-
