Bug description: Hello I made all the questlines to take a hidden artifact for the paladin at the end of the chain when I used the item after watching I do not appear to the apperance nor did I replace the artefact after watch cinematic no give hidden artefact not geared and not exist in list artefact skins

I finished quests for the hidden artifact I received and when I activated i did not get the skin
