Bug description:

The talent https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=200861&&name=raging-berserker is not working at all is not taken in consideration when you Enrage. And the Mastery Calculation is not working as intended , i have Normal Dmg on Raging Blow 378.150 and i have normal mastery 42.07% ( cuz https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=200861&&name=raging-berserker is not taken in consideration In total i must have 46.07% mastery ) and now the dmg increase when you Enrage is calculate as Follow at this moment :

Raging Blow initial dmg : 378,150

Mastery Normal : 42.07%
Mastery Normal + Weapon ( raging-berserker ): 42.07% + 4 %=46.07%


378,150 + 42% = 536,973 ( the 0.7% is not calculate )
378,150 + 42.07% = 537,237 ( as it Should )
378,150 + 46,07% = 552,363 ( Real Mastery % > + Weapon talent )

Raging Blow initial dmg : 519,550

Mastery Normal : 32,22%
Mastery Normal + Weapon ( raging-berserker ) : 32,22% + 5% = 37,22%


519,550 + 32% = 685,806 ( that ,22% not Calculate )
519,550 + 32,22% = 686,949 ( with ,22% Calculated )
519,550 + 37,22% = 712,926 ( Real Mastery + Weapon Talent )

Raging Blow Normal DmG : 378,150

Normal Mastery : 42.07% + 18.64 % (Trinket Proc ) = 60.71% Normal Mastery

in video above you see Raging blow Rise to 605,040 K dmg when Enrage with Trinket proc, and the calculation is bad.

378,150 + 60% = 605,040 ( as it is right now )
378,150 + 60,71% = 607,724 ( as it Should if you calculate with the( ,71% ))

And this is how it should be if https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=200861&&name=raging-berserker was working ( took in consideration )

42,07% + 18,64 % ( trinket ) + 4 % ( weapon talent raging-berserker ) = 64,71% ( Mastery that increase dmg when Enrage )

378,150 + 64,71% = 622,850 ( total Dmg that i must have on Raging Blow with that mastery % ) at this moment i have only 605,040 k Dmg.

damage with 52%mastery http://imgur.com/a/7FDZ5 (because the 0,62% decimal doesn't work as well all the decimals in the game from haste crit versatility and so on they do not count at all.)is:583,592 http://imgur.com/a/VgFJ7 should be 585,972 with the 0.62% mastery that doesn't work
damage done with 52%mastery and 4% buff from raging berserker(http://imgur.com/a/hijg1) as i have a relic with one point in it:606,935 and with the 0.62% missing it's 610,698
I hope this clears out any doubt about decimals not working and all of that
