Bug description: Instead of having 45 seconds cooldown, you have 1 minute cooldown.

Man...this is not a ''spell calculation'' report... It's simple: This passive should put a 45 seconds cooldown to Heroism. Currently, it puts 1 minute cooldown on Heroism.

It is a tooltip error. The cooldown should actually be 60 seconds, will hotfix it later so that the tooltip does not confuse people
