[REJECTED] bug for 3rd artefact at monk please help

hello my name in game is Blueswan nd im monk lvl 110 i try to get questline for 3rd artifact and i cant because i leaved the chain quest for 3rd artifact and i dunno where to go to get them back i guess im bugged because i looked on wowhead for questline of 3rd artifact and i go in every start zone place of the quests and nothing i rememebr i leave the questline because quest cannot be completed the specific npc i should speak in that place didnt appear and i leaved and now i do not remember what the name of the quest was and i looked on wowhead for every quest and i guess now im bugged can u please reset my campaign or something to start over the campaign for 3rd artifact im so upset because i cant do nothing .. any help please.
