Bug description: Seems like it doesn't prock at all. I've been using it for over a week on my warlock and still does nothing at all either after fighting dummy for over 10 mins
Proof: It is really obvious u need just check it once and u see it doesnt proc!

I use it on my warrior too, it never proc.
