Bug description: You cannot complete this quest even if you go in Deeprun Tram or Brawl'gar Arena, it appears on the mini-map that you can finish it on a npc, but there is no sign of complete quest.

I just got this quest and it's showing me that it's in Azshara, but the NPC that completes the quest is hostile. Question mark appears on the minimap.
