WoW Freakz spell link: Haste Stat - Incarnation: Chosen of Elune +Moon and Stars
Bug description:Incarnation: Chosen of Elune +Moon and Stars ( Artifact ) in opener ; I had about 28% haste - 30% ( tested several times in the past 2 weeks with different gear ) . With Incarnation And Artifact trait Moon and Stars haste is increased. However after procs/burst of haste , the ammount of haste stat drop below the initial procent with aprox 5% . From 28% to 23% and from 30% to 25%. It is a drop for 5% of haste from the base haste stats on my char. I dont think this is normal. Sometime the 5% haste does not come up until the fight is finished ( out of combat ) , and sometimes it takes 5 10 seconds to reach at the initial stats.

Also, it doesn't scale well. I start by getting 1.30% haste on first cast then it goes by0.90% haste per cast or something similar as you loosing 0.01% haste once a few spells.

Invalid. Both of the things you say are just visual bugs in the character panel. Bind "Open character panel" to a hotkey, so you can close/reopen the character stats panel easily while gaining stacks. You'll see that you get exactly 1% with each stack, if you reopen the character panel. I have no clue why does it bug out atm, but it's purely visual I assure you. Also, just as the incarnation fades, press the hotkey twice to close/reopen the panel as quickly as you can, you'll see that as a matter of fact, your haste is properly updated, but the character panel takes some time to refresh itself. I would make a video to explain it better, but sadly, I cannot atm
