250gr caracatita
250gr calamari
300gr piept de pui
200gr mazare fiarta
300gr orez
2 rosii taiate bucatele
2 cepe mari taiate julien
500ml supa
2 ardei grasi taiati julien
6 linguri de ulei de masline
1 legatura de patrunjel
1/2 lingurita de cumin
1 lingurita de paprika
1 lingurita de curcuma
2 catei de usturoi tocati marunti
1 lingurita de sare
