Bug description: the spell does not work at all. if you activate sprint while you're rooted: nothing happens . if you activate sprint before getting rooted: nothing happens... it should suppress all movement-impairing effects

Maneuverability works fine from what I can tell, against slows it does suppress them for the 4s duration, notice I managed to have 185% ms while having a slow in the below video.

Does not break roots. Wowhead comment from 7.0.1 says it should not work on roots, only slows.
