Bug description: Felblade + demon blades in pvp (everyone is playing with that talent in pvp), does proc 24/7. One of the reasons you can't kite the dh on freakz, doesn't matter the class you are playing.

Proof: Autoattack a dummy and you will see every 2-3 procs of demon blades will reset the cooldown of felblade.

First felblade will reset a second felblade, this is the rule on freakz on every spell proc, after this, the procs are really random.
Tested in arena, sometimes got 2x procs in 1minute, sometimes got 5-6x procs in 1minute. For me, procs are pure rng, only the fact that first felblade used will reset another felblade, after pure rng.

Real PPM = 4.5 * (1 + TotalHaste)

i can confirm this , for me they are rng . Just first activate second but not every time , sometimes i activate first fel blade and spell go on cd with proc on him. Probably because it proc not when deals damage it`s proc from activate spell ...

it has a 65% chance to proc -_-, really stop opening class bugs, watch the class first
