[Druid][Feral] Glyph of the Feral Chameleon does not change Cat Form appearance.

Bug description: Glyph of the Feral Chameleon does not change Cat Form appearance regardless of whether Fangs of Ashamane are equipped or not.

P.S. As far as I know it's the only way for feral druid to get their natural cat form back instead of one modified by artifact. This is pretty important for some of us, so fix it, please.
