[REJECTED] [Ulduar] The Ancient Gate Of The Keepers didn't unlock/open

Bug description: I have killed all 4 keepers which is the requirement to pass through the Gate Of The Keepers yet the gate is locked. I also noticed Thorim is not standing in The Observation Ring like the other Keepers. I went to his area to make sure he was dead and he was definitely not there. The screenshot I've linked it shows the achievement of all 4 keepers killed. In the background of the screenshot you can see Thorim missing from the where he should be standing and Hodir standing to the far right.

this can be closed/rejected since the door has been completely removed.
