Proof:

Freakz: 142k noncrit

Blizz on player with nemesis on (25% more damage): 118k crit

I'll test again, but PUT A SS with sense, you only put SS's and I don't know if that player has Momentum, Nemesis, Solitude..

Put in title in PVP because in Pve works ok.
