[REJECTED] [Druid][Feral] Shred: the actual issue with it (CALCULATED)

Bug description: Shred is currently using wrong formula in PvP situations
Proof: Based upon ask mr robot formulas I realised currently on freakz we are using the 7.2.5 shred formula which is 850% weapon dmg + 15% from trait
It should be 695% weapon dmg + 15% from trait on our current patch.
Feral weapon dmg in PvP at 882 ilvl: http://imgur.com/a/QHJLV 12.341-13.713
So if we go ahead and use the 850% weapon dmg formula we get
12.341*8.5 + 15% = 120632 minimum damage on shred if target has no bleeds
13.713*8.5 + 15% = 134044 maximum damange on shred if target still has no bleeds
These are my results after using shred multiple times on a target which has 0 armor http://imgur.com/a/ztA7M Based upon these results it looks like it definetly is using 7.2.5 template in pvp situations.

The shred damage will go even lower when the weapon damage fix is gonna be applied.
