Bug description: Hardknuckle Matriarch is not coded to spawn. This makes it impossible to finish the quest "Tormenting the Softknuckles" and the accompanying chain of quests. She should spawn at the location indicated here: http://www.wowhead.com/npc=28213/hardknuckle-matriarch
