[DUPLICATE] A "Noble" Event Quest line

Bug description: I got the item for start the questline for get the fox, but quests for get the four items to done don't have in scouting map (to make the missions to get the single items), but some friends got one of this items randomly from scouting map missons (thing was not supose to get without the invite from quest)
