Bug description: Should proc 20% just from main rampage. Shouldn`t have chance for rampage from meet cleaver. If you hit 4 dummy in orgrimmar with ww to proc meat cleaver and after use rampage proc 100% on freakz . I tested 30 times on dummy in orgrimmar and i receive 30 procs. He should have 20% chance to proc just from main rampage not from damage dealt via meat cleaver.

edit : Exact issue is because Odyn's Champion has a chance to trigger each time Rampage deals damage. Odyn's Champion should only trigger at the end of Rampage under any circumstances. Currently has a minimum of 40% chance to proc from each Rampage up to almost 100% if paired with Meat cleaver in an AOE scenario instead of 20% as shown in Rampage's spell details.
