Demon Hunter quest "The Hunt" (Artifact quest) stage 4 bugged. Was hitting Veredis Felsoul until someone spoke then Veredis run back to the reset position and i cant hit him anymore. and it doesnt do anything. I watched youtube to confirm this. please help

Exit from the game, delete the Cache folder. Go and retake THE QUEST THAT TELEPORTS YOU TO THE SCENARIO (you will find it in this guide https://forum.wow-freakz.com/ALL-CLASSES-Artifact-Weapons-Questline-Guide-t474557.html) and re-start the Scenario .
