dk frost. Phase 2 bug?

hello, I do not know if it is normal or there is another way to get my weapon artifact, but I can not complete the artifact mission of death knight frost, when I reach level 100 I went to dalaran where I start the artifact mission choosing frost specialization which is the only one enabled then when you open the portal I enter it and advance to the platform completing phase 1 and then opens a door in which I enter but is left hitting a wall invincible and does not enter the citadel, and I can not continue more niguna chain of missions, help please do not know what to do
