Bug description: So i found out a strage bug in mythic last night. In Mythic+ with Necrotic affix if you use Blessing of Sacrefice on tank or any other party member who is attacked by mobs , you will get Necrotic stacks same as them. You can easy test this.. I cant make you video of this and screenshot wont prove anything , so ill give you video from retail.
