[FIXED] [Death Knight] [Frost] Rune of Razorice - auto dispell

Bug description: Rune of razorice stacks automatically dispell , even if the healer is not dispelling anything nor healing.

As you can see in the video all i did was stack razorice the whole arena duel , first phase the priest healed himself , then i asked him not to do so , still the dispell took place , this completely counters https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=207057&&name=shattering-strikes and lowers fdk damage by a lot!
P.S. did not test with all classes , however i'm pretty sure it might not be the only class where it auto dispells our debuffs(razorice) , will look further into it.

Is there any PvP talent that works similar like Shattering Strikes ? Also, please try to test with a few classes like Warlock, Mage etc and see if the stacks gets dispelled.

Yes i will as soon as i get home , however there is not any similar talent like Shattering Strikes , also i did not use it.
