[DUPLICATE] [Profession] Engineering Tinker : Nitro Boosts

Bug description: Mostly works as intended , the only problem is the 2 minute cooldown that's not going down. After enchanting this on a belt and using it , a text on the item tells me that cooldown will start after leaving combat. I wasn't in combat in the first place , I tried to use my "Vanish" (used this on my rogue) but the cooldown still doesn't go down. The only solution I've found was relogging , but I don't wanna relog everytime I wanna use this.
Proof: Didn't screenshotted this , I could if it comes in someone's attention.

Had the same issue yesterday after using a gunpowder charge, the cooldown did not reset and it stopped me from using more gunpowder charges and potions too.

Both Nitro Boosts and Gunpower Charges share cooldown with potions. I hope someone will take this into attention , it's not that game-breaking but for sure it's annoying.
Can someone confirm if potions are bugged in the same way , or it's just the engineering recipes that bug themselves along with potions ?

Vladandrei potions are bugged, it's been reported many times that often you can't 'pre-pot' because it won't start the cooldown for the potion so you can only use 1 before you have to relog.

Can confirm. Cooldown does not start after use, and cooldown is reset upon relogging or going in/out of instances, by using hearthstone(s)/inn ports, or by using portals.
