True, i think it's cause you have "project textures" disabled, if you don't try to higher your particle details or the textures.

Can confirm this, just "Project Texture" Disabled. Without this you can't see other spells' graphics on the ground like Ring Frost and enemies' Meteor

I will reject this as it is not a freakz issue. This happens on retail as well and it's not a bug
