Host replied, they said your IP is not banned, meaning you have problems with your connection / blocked ports. See here which ports need to be enabled https://www.wow-freakz.com/legion_download or just set your router to DMZ (more info in that link)

Hmmm ok . i have a router when the WAN is dynamic and i see now what port are blocked i think its 1119 so i do DMZ and try to FORWARDING to unblock that port and nothing change .... i let u a print with TCP VIEW maybe we can fix it

It looks like your ports are still blocked most likely
