Bug description: The spell in PvP situations is an absolute joke right now.It does 50% of someone's HP with a single cast.There is SURELY a pvp nerf to it but it isn't applied on our server yet since being able to use an ability that oneshots people while being a tank spec is anything but ok.
Proof: https://gyazo.com/43494363dc4c0f6c76dd70dfb15de684 You can see that it ticked even for 500k sometimes in a skirmish.He casted it 3 times total and it did 6.5m dmg and that's through defensive cds(touch of karma anti magic shell icebound and corpse shield).The tank outdps'd me and my partner by a lot and we were playing unholy dk and windwalker monk

Hey it's me Stoka. Yes. breathe fire is doing very high dmg. I think it's because it counts relics. Relics give it 75% additional dmg for the dot. In conjunction with Incendiary Breath makes the tooltip say that dot does 900k over 8 sec. The relics shouldn't count in pvp. Says so when I mouse over it while in a bg. But they are best tanking relics for pve so I have to keep them. Reduce dmg done to me by 12%. Hope this helps pinpoint the problem.
