[FIXED] Odyn's Fury parry

Bug description: The artifact weapon special attack got parried while doing damage.This is not a melee physical attack so why did it get parried?Things like Kil'jaeden's burning wish deal the same Fire damage and that doesn't get parried ever so why is this?
Proof: https://imgur.com/a/R5Pln On a sidenote when the main atack gets parried the tick damage doesn't go off as well.The whole artifact damage is parried.As you can see here i made 2 Odyn's fury attacks 2 main hand and 2 off hand.1main and 1 off hand atack got parried and the dot didn't go off.So the reccount only shows the 4 dot dps from the one artifact attack that did go off.

Same issue that was present for Ramapage. This time I know for sure, and as I am busy, I won't reload it right now. Will be okay after the next restart
