[REJECTED] [Monk][Brewmaster] Mastery is not working at all

Bug description: As the tooltip says, every time I get hit by a melee attack from a mob my dodge chance increases, however even if I have more than 100% dodge chance I NEVER dodge a single attack, and the dodge chance just keeps increasing.
Proof: After a few hits I get to more than 100% dodge chance http://imgur.com/a/GIpba . At this point I should dodge the next attack and the bonus dodge chance from the mastery should reset. However, not a singe dodge happens. And it just keeps going on
Up to 500% chance http://imgur.com/a/Fo7ci and still NOT a single dodge.
And this just goes on: http://imgur.com/a/57EE4 , 0 dodges during this time.
This happens with all mobs

Are you aware of the fact that you cannot dodge while you're not facing your target? Try actually facing them, you'll see that it works. You CANNOT dodge while showing your back.
