MOP -> LEGION Transfer

Hello,
I migrated today to legion and after that I saw that i can also transfer my achievements and mounts from MOP, but chars have not the same name to transfer them via website...
I have 10k+ achievement points and 100+ mounts and i spent alot days & night to get them and it's unfair to loose all my work...
Could you guys help me with the transfer please ?
Mop char is Patron and Legion char is Seeker.

Please create a character named Patron on Legion, with the same race / class.

I want to ensure you that every ban is always followed by a proper reason. If you wake up in a situation where your account is banned, feel free to make a proper post under Unban Request.
Do not forget to bring the necessary evidence to appeal GMs decision.

I allready done that, but if I transfer achievements to this one, many of them (the ones who aren't account bound) will be lost...
