Bug description: Reading the spell we can agree that it should consume 6 Astral Power for placing it, and 12 Astral power each second we keep it up. After the recent fixes of the haste, it get drammatically broken. Practically it get fixed and bugged at the same time; first it consume 12 AP each second but every kind of haste doesn't affect it, now instead it hits more quickly(especially during bloodlust or similar effect) following this formula Interval (sec)= 0.5 / (1 + TotalHaste) but the cost in terms of Astral power is also changed. It looks like that every tic costs 6 AP, practically for me during fury of elune the bloodlust it's a negative thing, i can't handle the astral power for more than 15 secs, when first simply using Warrior of Elune and then istant Lunar Strike in Incarnation: Chose of Elune state i could gain +6 ap for each global cooldown( -12 cost of FoE + 18 gain from Lunar strike in metamorphosis)
Proof: It's hard for me insert images or videos, but everyone can easily see that simply fighting a dummy. It's the same problem already argued with the affliction lock, it's useless the haste if it only does the same damage in " less time ".

Read here:

Timer -> Name -> FuryOfEluneTimer -> Interval: 0.5 / (1 + TotalHaste)
Resource -> -6 Astral Power -> On FuryOfEluneTimer tick.

It would be insanely op if it took Astral Power only per second, since as a balance druid you can go over 120% haste with proper buffs.
