Excluding bgs doesn't work, you still get called in to not included bgs.

Known but I've always hesitated to implement this because "players know better", they will exclude BGs then they will come crying "omg BG queues too long"...

As a devoted PvPer, Im with Shocker on this one. I think fast queues are a priority here, and the odds of recieving a BG you would've excluded are pretty low anyways, so this is fine as is. Additionally it could be a real pain in the butt for premades to gather, since everybody would've excluded something and they'd just end up playing Warsong Gulch 24/7.
