[REJECTED] Items randomly disappearing.

Bug description: Items randomly disappearing. After I relog there is a chance that a recent item that I got from a mythic or a world quest will disappear. It's only happening on one of my heroes. I haven't lost any important items other than a 840helmet but do I really have to gamble when I get a 870+ item?

These slots had an artifact power item and a 815ilvl.

Next time this happens please tell me exactly the following: char name, item id, exact time when it disappeared, so I can check logs to see if there's something useful. Do this after next restart, I will enable some extra logs

Not OP, but I happened to lose an item today aswell(noticed it after relogging, slight chance it could've happened after switching between equipment sets, causing some equipment error etc.)
Char name: Northerz
Item ID: 133626
Time: Today between 11 and 12 AM server time.

I don't demand refund of the item, just posting it to help. I've looted the item around a week ago.

P.S. - I've happened to lose an artifact weapon aswell after me randomly getting dced(not server restart/crash). Just mentioning this cuz losing an artifact weapon is way worse than a dungeon/raid item, especially if you had spent a big amount of AP on it.

yo.. i just sent my heirlooms from one of my lvl 30 characters to my new lvl 1 character.. and i didn't get them in the mail on my new character.... why ??? its like the 3 rd time this happend.. i made a new char.. sent all my heirlooms to it, deleted the older char... and THEY ARE NOT THERE !!!
and i have to keep voting... and voting to buy them again.. its already the second time now .. seriously.

This has nothing to do with the currently posted bug: deleting a character BEFORE the mails are sent causes the items to be lost
