Please check it as Destruction with Immolate. Not as affliction.

When?
One day already passed. Most of those 3 bug reports already have a proof with them, plus, those are pretty easy ones to test. In about 10 minutes you can finish with all of them. Especially the fact that all of them are warlock only (your class), so, you should have more interest into having your class fixed:))xD
