[FIXED] [Item] [Enchanting] Recipes not in shop

WoW Freakz item link: Enchanting recipes that have rank 2 or 3
Bug description: They are missing from the vendors. The recipes from other professions are there.

This can be seen easily if you check every emissary from each faction. Dreamweavers don't have them, neither do the Nightfallen.
