Bug description: Currently the world quest system is not implemented correctly at all. If you need info on how it's properly implemented, trinity-core has it correct. Though I will try to explain it here. Right now WoWFreakz has it set to increase per 10 item level no matter what which is wrong.

Proof: To keep World Quests interesting, the ilvl of item rewards will increase based on your current ilvl.
By default, World Quest rewards are 805 (810 if from an elite quest or PvP)
As your item level increases, you will find gear with higher ilvl rewards, starting at 895 for Argus World Quests. You can have multiple World Quests up with different ilvl rewards at the same time. The average ilvl of the rewards will increase based on the ilvl of your gear in your inventory.
In addition, World Quest rewards, like all other loot in Legion, have a chance to receive an ilvl boost via +5 ilvl increments. Small boosts are called Warforged, while larger ilvl boosts are called Titanforged.
