WoW Freakz spell link: Arcane Missiles
Bug description: Welp, a while back there was an experimental fix to try and make missiles fire all projectiles but im not sure how good it was. As you can see below in this test im still missing ticks from missiles, it only happens on rule of threes procs however, when the missile is supposed to shoot 8 times instead of 5, it never happens on regular missile unless the server has a big lag spike (like 2-3 seconds of lag, then the spell fails completely dealing no damage). In the screenshot below you can see 2 casts of missiles with rule of threes procs, i let them finish all the way i did not clip them at all but they still did 7 projectiles instead of 8. Is there anything else you can do to make the spell fire all projectiles? :S
I know this probably gives alot of headaches to fix, but it is a huge dps loss as arcane missiles is our hardest hitting spell DPE wise.

I doubt it is caused by lag.

I will do a test and give an update.

With 0.45% haste I could not reach 8 arcane missiles on target over several tries only 7.
I used some haste auras and I could manage to get 8 occasionally.

So I am assuming has something to do with duration and missiles distribution on cast?

Nonetheless, confirmed.
