[FIXED] [Rogue][Subtlety][Honor Talent] Shadow's Caress with [Artifact trait] Flickering Shadows

Bug description: When u cast sprint, flickering shadows activate giving u stealth(vanish); and some how u dont get the Shadow's caress buff [if u have it talented].
Not sure if its a 100% bug or only me, but i've tested it 2 times(in bgs) and both time i've got same result.
I thought it was a visual bug and the spell cd might be decreased, but nope the cd of spell remains the same without any changes in its recovery timer.
I know this is a shit talent but is fun in bgs. having

Edit1: tried it a 3rd time (in training dummy) and i got the buff. idk if its just me or not, but would like people to try it out.
i'll try to get pics in next bg.

Edit2: SOOO, it seems that it happens like 50%-70% of the time (or i 4got to track the buff) but when i cast sprint-->flickering shadows-->stealth(vanish)--> u might get buff/might not.

Edit3: i think i've found the problem here. It seems when u vanish in "stealth", along with the 3 sec vanish buff, the shadows caress buff goes away.
So its like this: cast sprint-->flickering shadows-->stealth(i.e vanish)-->3 sec vanish buff-->shadows caress buff is gone.

As u can see, in 1 - i've got the buff with the stealth. 2 - i cast Vanish (got that 3 sec buff). then 3 - along with the vanish buff, shadow's caress buff goes away.
