I'm going to try a last resort then, which I seriously doubt but I'm going to see if it's account related.

Sorry I'm late to the topic, just trying to provide my 2 cents into it;

I've actually had this error occur to me at times back when I was playing Mists of Pandaria (not on this server however). I still haven't diagnosed the issue, but I did notice it happening more and more on certain spots.

Let me ask you first, are you using the minimal client?

Cause I suspect this has something to do with the game not loading properly in the minimal client. It's as if one area isn't loaded, and while it tries to load, it encounters a fatal error so it automatically shuts down. I know the launcher isn't made like this, and it's supposed to work regardless; it should be waiting for the load. But that's what I've suspected. Try making a character of a different race for example. Does it happen again? Are you running any fishy background programs (anything really, even Skype) that could interfere with it?

Best of luck!

EDIT: Check your drivers please, and let me know the status of those. Try running WoW on minimal quality, and see what happens. Also, you've only talked here about the 64 launchers. How about the 32? It could be your system isn't well compatible with the 64 bit. Try running the 32bit one and tell us how that goes! ;-)

EDIT 2: Delete the cache folder and try again.

TL;DR (Too long, didnt read):
1. Delete cache folder in your WoW directory, and go play the game. If it happens again, move on to point 2, if it doesn't, let us know this fixed it please. If it doesn't happen, and you close the game, and the next time it happens again, you should delete the cache every time before you launch WoW. It's annoying, but if it works, it's good.
2. Run the 32 bit launcher instead. Again, if the problem persists, move on to point 3, otherwise let us know. Keep playing on the 32 if it works better.
3. Make a night elf, a draenei, or whoever. Try to play that for a bit, stay away from Elwynn Forest. If you can play that for a long time, then it's probably a part of Elwynn Forest that's crucial still loading, and not properly implemented into the "background downloader". This is unlikely to help, but it may. Again, let me know, or move to point 4.
4. Make sure you've graphics set to the very minimum. Maybe certain feature of WoW is interfering with your hardware, happens. The minimum quality should be fine, unless you're playing on your calculator. ^_^
5. If nothing else worked, check your drivers. Let me know what hardware (especially graphics card) you're using, and which driver for it you have installed. Then surely we'll figure something out!

If I come up with anything else that could help, I'll let you know!

Regards,
Bear

Thanks for the help man, but I've already tried all of these.

I've crashed in Stormheim, Teldrassil, Elwynn, Draenei start, Undead start and Azshara. Also I can't play for more than a minute without crashing. I've reinstalled WoW twice, closed all background apps, tried to run the download while play version, adjusted the files in the WTF config file to permanently switch over to DirectX9 (which was a solution on the Blizzard forums), defragged my HDD, checked that my drivers are up to date, made a new account, tried both 32 and 64 bit, switched to a different disk. Only thing left is to format my HDD and reinstall all the stuffs, although I don't know if it's worth all that trouble.

Anything else you can come up with, please let me know.

Also @Shocker is there no way I can run it without the Freakz launcher, because it's something with the Launcher that makes me crash.

Thanks for the help guys,
Tim.

I was afraid you'd say that... -

It really sucks that this is happening and we can't find out the cause >:c I know this isn't really helping at all, but for what it's worth, with my case back in Mists of Pandaria, this issue actually solved itself lol, but I understand that this is not the answer you'd like to get. Last idea I have, after a thorough search on the topic, is explained in this comment (I'll just quote it cause I'm really lazy right now lol!):

THIS IS THE FIX FOR WINDOWS 10 2016
Just hit your windows key and search xbox. Open up that app and go through the initial setup if you haven't opened it before takes less than 5 minutes. Then once in the main app click the settings gear. At the top it says general, game DVR, etc. Click on Game DVR and turn off "Record game clips and screenshots using Game DVR" It should work completely fine afterwards.
I hope it helped out -"

Also make sure you're running the thing as an administrator I suppose.

Let me know if you make any progress on the matter, and I'll keep you posted if I get any new ideas aswell. ^_^

Sorry to see you rejected from the game for so long -

Regards,
Bear

Er... is my Cache folder supposed to only have empty folders in it?

For example WoW>Cache>ADB>enUS>*empty*

I have the same issue. I have deleted Wow64.exe and Launcher64.exe. It works for 1-2 minutes, untill i get this error : https://imgur.com/a/NFyLb .
Game worked fine on 15 september. Error #132 started since 17 september.

PS: Uncheked the "Read only" feature on Data folder but it don't remain like that, it goes back on "read only". I don't know why.[/b]

Redownloaded the game recently after having it deleted for 4 days, worked fine for 1 day, logged off, went to sleep, now (next day) same shit.
